Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Sauce

Whisk together beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.

The mixture should be smooth and well combined.

Step 2: Add the Meatballs

Place the frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.

Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently stir to coat.

Step 3: Slow Cook

Cover and cook on LOW for approximately 5 hours.

As the meatballs cook, they absorb the savory flavors of the broth and seasonings.

The sauce gradually thickens and becomes rich and creamy.

Step 4: Finish the Sauce

Stir in the sour cream during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

Mix gently until the sauce becomes silky and fully combined.

Step 5: Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve over buttered egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
