- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
The sauce should be smooth and glossy.
Step 2: Prepare the Slow Cooker
Place the chicken thighs in a single layer in the slow cooker.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken.
Use a spoon to ensure every piece is lightly coated.

The chicken should become very tender and easily shred with a fork.

Remove the chicken temporarily.
Mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
Pour the slurry into the slow cooker and stir.
Cook for another 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 5: Finish and Serve
Return the chicken to the sauce and stir gently.
Serve over steamed rice, noodles, or vegetables.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
