Total Time: 4 hours 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 24 ice cream sandwiches
- 1 tub whipped topping, about 8 oz
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup crushed cookies or chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Optional: chopped nuts or sprinkles
Instructions
Start by choosing a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place a single layer of ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of the dish. You may need to cut a few sandwiches to make them fit neatly.
Spread half of the whipped topping over the ice cream sandwiches. Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle crushed cookies and mini chocolate chips over the sauce layer.
Add a second layer of ice cream sandwiches on top. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the dessert, making sure the surface is smooth and fully covered.
Finish with more chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, crushed cookies, and chocolate chips. Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap or foil.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Before serving, let the dessert sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes so it is easier to slice. Cut into squares and serve cold.
