Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Brown the Beef
Cook the ground beef and onions in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is fully browned.
Drain any excess grease.
Step 2: Add Everything to the Slow Cooker
Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker.
Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and broth.
Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Step 3: Slow Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for approximately 6 hours.
